Drop off donations at our youth activity center, 2943 E. 46th St., Indianapolis (46th St. & Binford Blvd.). Please call first.

Building Maintenance/Upkeep Wish List

  1. Need wheelchair ramp in front of building, a few doors need widened per ADA requirements.
  2. Business office needs drywall work. Has water damage from previous leak in roof
  3. Ceiling tiles (not suspended ceiling) in front living room need repaired and painted.
  4. Build steel cages to surround our A/C units outside. Previous A/C unit had been stolen and scrapped for parts.
  5. Repair sagging suspended ceiling in large group room (the Pit, as we call it). 
  6. Replace several missing recessed lighting rings in the Pit.(few dollars each, approximately 3 or 4)
  7. Insulate and winterize basement
  8. Replace kitchen faucet, and add hand sprayer
  9. Slow sink in kitchen, needs snaked.
  10. Replace rotted floor section in front of sink. This was damaged apparently from previously leaking pipes below sink.
  11. Need several new floor registers (some are odd shaped)
  12. Update window coverings in Kitchen, Pit, and Living room.
  13. Grind stump in parking lot. Patch with new blacktop.
  14. Wood flooring in front living room, entryway, and office hallway needs refinished.
  15. New weather-stripping on exterior doors.
  16. Deadbolt for upstairs door
  17. Replace cracked siding in front of house.
  18. Paint new markings in parking lot for direction (i.e.: enter with arrow pointing) and parking spaces.
