Indiana Youth Group (IYG) Needs Your Assistance!
IYG is seeking artists, businesses and other contributors to donate art and/or other items, goods and services for its 9th Annual Art Sale, Show, and Auction. All proceeds from the event go to support the core programs and services for LGBT youth. Corporate sponsorships and program ads are also available. Contact IYG for more information on these and other ways to support the annual Art Auction.This year the event will be expanded to include a show of the Youth Art created at IYG, with some items for sale. Art work made by youth as well as amateur and professional artists will be available for Silent Auction beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Admission to the event is $20 for regular admission. (Group tickets of 10 can be purchased in advance for $160.) Admission includes entrance to the show, a bidder number, and hors d'oeuvres provided by Hoaglin Fine Catering. A cash bar will also be available. A live auction featuring members of the Indy Pride Bag Ladies will be interspersed throughout the evening.
A VIP preview will take place from 6-7 pm. It includes complimentary wine, hors d'oevres, and feature buy it now pricing.
Donor Benefits
- 1 General Admission Ticket to the Art Sale-Show-Auction.
- If donor form and item or donor form and a digital image of your item are received by
- June 30: donation, digital image, and donor will be acknowledged online (www.indianayouthgroup.org) and donor/donation will be listed in the on-site program.
- July 10: donor/donation will be listed in the on-site program.
- July 17: donor contact information will be provided to all Art Auction attendees.
- Donor identification will be on the bid sheet and will be displayed with the item at the show.
- The donor is invited to provide business cards or small info flyers to be placed with the item(s).
- If the donor has an item or items in the live auction AND IS ATTENDING the auction, the contributor will be introduced by the auctioneer.
Donation Procedures
- Mail, email, or fax the donation form as soon as possible

| Form as PDF | - to print out, fill out and send back to us. - NOTE: It is helpful in our preparations if you can submit the form via email info@indianayouthgroup.org along with a digital image of your item(s) if you will not be able to drop off your item by the July 10 due date
- Drop off the donation form and your donation to Indiana Youth Group (2943 E. 46th St.) or to Out Word Bound bookstore (625 N. East St.) by July 20, 2009, retaining a copy for your records.
- Please attach any additional written materials, business cards, small flyers, etc. describing your contribution, which will enable us to present your donation to its best advantage. These may be included when you drop-off your item(s).
Item drop-off
- After July 17, drop off-times and locations will be listed at www.indianayouthgroup.org. This information will also be emailed to donors who have completed the Donation Form.
