What is served for dinner at IYG?

Generally each day has a different meal planned. We receive donations from Second Helpings on most days, and the meals provided aren't scheduled in advance. We sometimes cook for the youth in our certified kitchen. Other options are usually ordering out (pizza, chinese, etc.). We also have snacks available daily, so if the main dish isn't suitable, there are many options to choose from. For every meal there is at least one vegetarian option, and we do our best to ensure that all food served is labeled with any allergens. We do, however, ask that caring adults and youth make staff aware of any allergies or sensitivities so we can plan accordingly and have things on hand if that particular youth will be coming.
